Deed Drafting
A sale deed agreement constitutes the terms and conditions of the sale of a property. It is an agreement between the buyer and seller stating the intention of the buyer to sell the property upon payment of the consideration / sale price by the buyer. The sale deed agreement is the base document upon which the sale deed is drafted. However, it does not involve an immediate transfer of ownership and the buyer has no right and interest in the property upon the execution of the sale deed agreement.
The sale deed is drafted and printed on a stamp paper of a value as prescribed by the state government.
